1. Heat: Bring fresh spring water to a boil and let it cool slightly to approximately 200°F (93°C).

3. Infuse: Pour the hot spring water over the botanicals. Cover tightly and allow the blend to steep for 5–7 minutes to fully release its electric mineral properties.
